Key Responsibilities
Human Resources :
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for employees and trainers.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management .
Support in payroll preparation, statutory compliance, and HR documentation .
Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination .
Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities .
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations .
Administration :
Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination .
Handle procurement of office supplies, IT support coordination, and travel arrangements .
Manage contracts, agreements, and documentation .
Support management with reporting, scheduling, and correspondence .
Ensure a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management .
Familiarity with payroll, compliance, and statutory regulations .
Experience in administration, vendor management, and office coordination .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities .
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS / ATS tools
