Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR functions and will play a crucial role in driving the people agenda in our hospital.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Able to Handle 2500 + Employees Statutory Compliances (end to end) and Payroll , Excel V Lookup / Hlookup Must.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Maintain employee records (physical and digital) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-10 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
