As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Notion Press, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding the best talent to meet our growing business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Requirements :

Bachelor's / Master&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR (internship experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with recruitment tools / ATS is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
