Alteryx Application Support Specialist :
We are hiring Alteryx Application Support Specialists to manage and support Alteryx workflows and server environments under our managed services framework.
The role focuses on stability, performance, and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.
- Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.
- Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
- Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
- Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes and production support best practices.Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.(ref : hirist.tech)
