Job Description : AVP – Executive Search (RPO)
Location : Mumbai or Gurgaon
Work Schedule : 5 days a week
Experience Required : Minimum 14+ years

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Executive Search practice, owning end-to-end operations, revenue, and profitability.
Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue targets of ₹2.5–3 Cr are met and exceeded.
Drive business development initiatives to expand client base and deepen existing client relationships.
Lead search for CXO and leadership positions across Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing executive search team.
Maintain high customer engagement and feedback, ensuring quality of hires and client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to double revenue and strengthen market position.
Be willing to travel as required for client engagement and business development.
Key Requirements
14+ years of experience in executive search, RPO, or leadership hiring.
Proven track record of managing a minimum revenue of ₹2.5–3 Cr.
Strong business development and client engagement experience.
Experience in hiring CXO and leadership positions for Manufacturing and FMCG clients.
Prior experience in managing a team and driving delivery excellence.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
