Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Partnership & Franchise Development

  • Identify and target potential companies / entrepreneurs for franchise or business partnerships.
  • Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees or business partners.
  • Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all partner-related communication and issue resolution.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to finalize partnership / franchise agreements.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct research to identify emerging markets and franchise opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business / franchise partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
