Key Responsibilities :
Partnership & Franchise Development
- Identify and target potential companies / entrepreneurs for franchise or business partnerships.
- Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees or business partners.
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.Act as the key point of contact for all partner-related communication and issue resolution.Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.Collaborate with legal teams to finalize partnership / franchise agreements.Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct research to identify emerging markets and franchise opportunities.Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.MBA preferred.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business / franchise partners.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High level of organizational and multitasking skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
