Experience : 1215 years of experience in digital media trading, investment, or buying within a top-tier media agency.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President (AVP) - Investment Media (Digital) to build and oversee the digital trading capability within the business, leading strategic relationships with media partners and collaborating with account teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class, effective, and innovative media campaigns.

The AVP will be responsible for achieving financial targets, enhancing agency trading strength, and ensuring long-term value creation for clients and the Ensures the trading position with key partners continues to evolve to reflect both the business' strategy and market dynamics.

  • Delivers financial targets, tracking progress against targets throughout the year and demonstrating growth in revenue year-on-year.
  • Conducts regular business reviews with all key partners, covering both reporting current performance and areas of future development and opportunity.
  • Works closely and collaboratively, communicating clearly to all relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to Trading Director, individual business leads and the individual client teams.
  • Maintains supply side management best practice while delivering innovative and ambitious media solutions that deliver client objectives and the business' vision.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the business, connecting across internal and external networks to help deliver the operating model and build the business Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

Experience : 12-15 years of experience in digital media trading, investment, or buying within a top-tier media agency.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, value delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Track record of managing senior client relationships and leading negotiation with major media owners.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of digital media trading across performance, brand, OTT, programmatic, and social channels.
  • Proven negotiation and commercial acumen, with ability to deliver value and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of media rates, benchmarking, and pricing dynamics.
  • Established relationships with leading publishers, platforms, and vendors.
  • Ability to conceptualize and sell event integrations and sponsorship packages.
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
