We are seeking a Non Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling non-voice customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and manage non-voice customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
- Support customers through email, chat, or other non-voice communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Skills Required
