Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support (International Voice Process preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist US-based customers over voice calls
• Handle multiple calls efficiently
• Resolve technical issues related to networking and devices
• Should be flexible to work in rotational night shifts
