Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Success Associate. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, providing proactive support, and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention. The individual will also collaborate across teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Retention and relationship-building strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in customer success or support roles is a plus
