Ensure customers achieve 10-25% OEE improvements. Build CS function from ground up.What You'll Do : Manage customer lifecycle : onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansionConduct weekly reviews with plant managers and ops headsDefine and deliver success metricsDocument ROI with before / after data; create customer case studiesDesign training programs for operators and shopfloor teamsDrive 95%+ retention and 120%+ net revenue retentionWhat You Bring : 6-9 years in customer success, manufacturing operations, or industrial automationDeep understanding of shopfloor operations (OEE, downtime, production planning)Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP, or industrial IoTStrong analytical skills (Excel, data analysis, ROI calculations)
