About the Role :

As a Shift Executive , you will oversee daily Prep Room operations — managing people, processes, and performance to maintain high-quality output and compliance with food safety standards. You'll drive process improvements, manage shift teams, and ensure smooth execution of both B2B and B2C orders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Manage and motivate the on-ground staff, ensuring smooth shift rotations, employee engagement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Operations Management : Supervise day-to-day production operations including inventory management, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• SOP Development : Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, hygiene, safety, and order management.
• Order Fulfilment : Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining 100% fill rate and coordination with the delivery team.
• Employee Engagement : Foster a positive and performance-driven culture through recognition and motivation initiatives.
