EXFO is seeking a highly dynamic, Customer driven individual reporting to the Country Sales Director- India & SAARC region. You will execute and drive the Sales Strategies in assigned territories. The focus market will be Datacenters & Hyperscalers accounts, NEMs & Labs in south India. This is a remote, work from home position to be based in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Responsible for the development and growth of EXFO business (Test & Measurement NDO & MDR portfolio, including RFTM), in South India Terriotry.

Lead, maintain and establish the relationship with channel partners and / or customers and key accounts.Executing Overall Region Sales and managing Partners / Channels.Executing Country Marketing PlansManage and grow Sales Pipeline and ownership of all sales resources and databaseWhat we’re looking for
Technical skills
Domain knowlege of Data Center, Hyperscalers Operations etc.Knowledge in Fiber Optic Testing, PON, MPLS / IPVPN / Ethernet Technologies, DWDMSome experience and familiarity with Remote Fiber Management SystemRequired aptitudes
Experience in proposing telecommunications solutions to Telecom Service ProviderAbility to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilitiesDemonstrated successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers in India & South Asia in a Sales EnvironmentDemonstrated ability to plan and execute a growth plan whether individually or for a team & should have met Quota consistently over last 3 years or more.Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.Good understanding and knowledge of India & South Asia telecom trends and technology movementsStrong planning and organizational skills is a mustDemonstrated ability in managing complex sales processFamiliarity with Sr Management staff of Tier1 Telecom Operators, Equipment Manufacturers, Webscale companies, System Integrators, Enterprise Network Operators etc.Possess winning attitude i.e. being Open Minded, Open Communications, Self Driven, Result Oriented and Team Player.Pertinent experience :
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales development / account management / channel sales in a high tech environment.

Education :
University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an appropriate field. Business degree an asset
