About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Regional Manager Sales to drive business growth by acquiring and managing new schools in the assigned territory.
The role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and ensuring maximum product adoption and client & Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new schools in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers such as school management, principals, teachers, parents, and students.
- Understand schools needs and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal service delivery and maximum product usage in schools.
- Support sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt responses and client satisfaction.
- Follow up and close leads generated by the Inside Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market and industry trends, share insights with the product and marketing Skillsets
- Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Market awareness and competitor analysis capabilities
