Regional Sales Manager
Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager with strong expertise in the outbound travel industry and proven experience managing sales teams in Western India. This role will focus on building the RezLive.com brand presence, driving sales through travel agents, and expanding market share across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and strengthen the RezLive.com brand and product positioning in West India.
- Maximize revenue from assigned territories while exploring new business opportunities.
- Generate sales and meet revenue targets through effective engagement with travel agents.
- Promote company products and services to travel agents, ensuring high levels of awareness and adoption.
- Deliver quality training and prompt service support to travel agents to enable better sales performance.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any issues or queries faced by travel agents, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Stay updated with market trends and perform competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, fostering client retention and loyalty.
- Manage payment follow-ups and coordination with travel agents.
- Onboard new travel agents and retain existing ones in line with set targets.
- Represent the company at roadshows, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Prepare and submit various sales and performance reports as per company policy.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their achievement.
- Prepare weekly sales reports focusing on client acquisition and retention.
Desired Profile :
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, specifically outbound travel.Proven experience handling sales and managing teams in Western India.Strong knowledge of outbound travel products and market dynamics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and internal teams.Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.(ref : iimjobs.com)
