Role & Responsibility :
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
- Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gap
- Presenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.
- Ready to Travel for recruit people from field
- Negotiate with candidate & take them on board
- Good Knowledge of statutory compliances.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files.
- Participate in organizing company events and other activities.
- Able to analyze employees capabilities before joining and their problem after joining.
- Compliance Management.
- Handling Grievances.
- To do Employee Engagement activities.
- To work on kitchen employee attrition.
- Skills Required -
Excellent Communication & written skills.Ready to visit outlets / Kitchens.Good at Excel & word for generating reports.Optimistic & analytical approach.Knows local Language.
