We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. This full-time mid-level position is based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the full cycle recruitment process, specifically focusing on the cybersecurity domain, to meet the company&aposs growing workforce needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing techniques to attract and engage potential hires effectively.
  • Solid understanding and expertise in cybersecurity recruitment methodologies and the ability to identify suitable talent for niche roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment, with a keen understanding of job requirements in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Proficient in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Capable of facilitating a seamless onboarding process to integrate new hires efficiently within the organization.
  • Effective communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
  • Adept at using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to enhance recruitment efficiency and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit with organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
