Chief of Staff - Quit Smoking App

QuitSure, a digital therapeutic, is the no.1 growing quit smoking app in the world. Its program is also one of the most effective and innovative in the market today. We are founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. Our mission is to get 1 million smokers smoke-free in the next one year. Role Summary :

As our Chief of Staff, you will coordinate cross-team communication, ensure everyone is updated on product developments, track and fill operational gaps, and problem-solve across business functions. You'll work closely with the founders and all teams (Product, Content, Tech, Growth) to streamline operations and foster a culture of clarity and agility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate cross-team communication and information flow using Trello+Notion.
• Own and improve systems for status updates, process documentation, and operational transparency.
• Identify operational gaps-whether in workflow, staffing, or process-and take proactive steps to close them.
• Assist with project management across departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth handovers.
• Be the first responder for problem-solving across day-to-day challenges, ambiguity, or new initiatives.
• Regularly update the team on key product changes, priorities, and launch plans.
• Develop and report on KPIs related to cross-team efficiency and operational health.
• Support founders with special projects and ad-hoc operational needs.
