Job descriptionArchitect and build a secure, scalable wealth management platform. Lead development of frontend, backend, APIs, and data pipelines. Oversee development of financial tools like robo-advisory, KYC, goal tracking, and analytics dashboards. Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams. Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence. Ensure data privacy, encryption, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR). Set up secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines. Work closely with CEO, product, and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions. Support fundraising efforts with tech vision and prototypes.
Role Overview :
As CTO, youll be responsible for shaping the companys technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy. Youll lead the end-to-end development of our platform, manage technical teams, and ensure robust, scalable, and compliant infrastructure as we grow.
