👉 A plant-based QSR chain where customers first fall in love with the taste, and only later realize it’s 100% vegan. Surprise, delight, and impact — all on a plate.

I’m currently in the ideation and testing phase, experimenting with recipes at home, and now I’m looking for an experienced chef / culinary consultant who shares the passion to reimagine what India eats.

What I’m Looking For :

• A chef with experience in Indian and / or global cuisines , excited to experiment with plant-based alternatives.
• Someone who wants to create a change in India’s food culture while delivering delicious, accessible food.
• Based in Mumbai (for collaboration, trials, and testing).
• Open to salary, profit share, or passion collaboration depending on fit.
