We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager who will strengthen relationships across Corporate and Branch Banking segments, driving growth through banker onboarding, client servicing, and lender coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with SME and retail banking clients , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Understand client needs and deliver customized banking & lending solutions .Conduct financial and credit assessments ; coordinate with internal risk and credit teams.Collaborate with lenders / financial institutions for credit underwriting, structuring, and closure .Onboard and activate former / retired bankers across regions to expand the lending network.Track, monitor, and report pipeline progress including leads, proposals, and conversions.Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and credit products .Work closely with internal teams— Credit, Legal, Operations, and Product —for seamless execution.Drive cross-selling of wealth management & financial products .Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded bankers, ensuring engagement and support.Maintain and update banker MIS, activity status, deals sourced, and performance metrics.Generate dashboards and insights for internal teams to support decision-making.Must-Have Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of retail credit, SME finance, working capital, and unsecured lending .Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results .Prior experience in banker onboarding, lender coordination, or channel activation is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office ; familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights .Exposure to Fintech, BFSI, or MSME / Startup ecosystem will be an advantage.Show more
