We’re looking for a

Student Support Member

who can deliver exceptional service, ensure smooth query resolution, and help students make the most of their educational experience.

What You’ll Do

Interact with students visiting the support center—addressing queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Resolve issues promptly through in-person interactions and phone calls.

Follow

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

to maintain service consistency and quality.

Communicate effectively in

English

(verbal & written) with students, faculty, and staff.

Document every interaction accurately for quality assurance.

Collaborate with the team to share best practices and continuously improve support processes.

Participate in ongoing

training and development programs

to stay updated and efficient.

Collect and share student feedback to enhance the overall experience.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk).

student-first mindset

with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Prior experience in support or customer service roles (preferred).

Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
