We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to manage our Singapore sales portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and is excited about the international real estate and student housing sector.

📍 Location : Noida, Sector 18 (Work from Office)

🕒 Work Schedule : Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday (Work from Home)

💰 Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / month

Responsibilities :

• Handle direct inquiries about our Singapore properties and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
• Manage leads from marketplace operators, converting inquiries into successful sales.
• Conduct virtual property tours and guide tenants through the leasing process.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and manage key accounts.
• Follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
