A team-player accustomed to working across concurrent projects, you bring proven experience in relationship management, business development, counselling and / or student recruitment and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provides premium counselling services, with a collaborative approach.
- Build and develop study destination specific strategies for sustained growth.
- Reach for the stars and exceed targets each intake.
- Work closely with the partnership team to service the partner network to create / service a healthy pipeline.
- Fast learner with expertise in multi-destination counselling.
- Lead meetings with senior leaders to promote our services and support.
- Have an eye for detail and deliver on all admissions compliance requirements for our valued partners.
- Ensure data and relationship management information, are maintained and deployed effectively and can be used to create accurate reports on the progress of our strategies, providing support and training to colleagues using the CRM as needed.
