• Engage with potential learners through calls, chats, and online sessions.
• Understand their career aspirations and recommend the right DataMites programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead conversion to enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions.
• Ensure exceptional learner experiences with proactive follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed targets with performance-linked, no-cap incentives .
