We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Lead Generation professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target clients.
- Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and results.
Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Understanding of sales processes and best practices.Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques.Education
