Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels.
  • Sales Presentations : Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Market Feedback : Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
  • Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
