Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels.
- Sales Presentations : Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Relationship Building : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Market Feedback : Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
- Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage
Requirements :
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Skills Required
