Job Purpose
BFL is in the process to upgrade its existing consumer Rewards platform. Current platform needs to further evolve to onboard new LOBs to reward partners and associated sales representatives to develop the frame of rewarding every customer touch point / transaction and in turn drive PPC and cross such a dynamic and evolving product roadmap we need an individual to execute and support the product development framework as envisioned to power Rewards as a platform and drive customer acquisitionCulture Anchor : Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions / actions for better outcomes
