Manager - Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting

We're looking for a Manager - Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven and self-motivated professional with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience . You will play a critical role in strengthening our financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring all processes align with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis : You will be responsible for generating financial reports from Oracle and preparing detailed, qualitative analyses. You will also create standardized work for various analytical tasks across all functions.
• Process Improvement : You'll work closely with the Oracle team to develop new reports to reduce manual work. A key part of your role is to standardize and streamline monthly and weekly forecasting and reporting processes. You will also implement and execute the company's standard budgeting process.
• Audit Support : Provide necessary analytical support during both statutory and internal audits.
• Training & Mentorship : You will provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on data analysis. This role also requires the ability to manage and train people within and across functions.
