About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as an FP&A Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, business planning, and management reporting, with proven expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled financial tools . This role requires excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models across business units.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis to highlight key drivers of performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business KPIs using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Support senior management with strategic planning, scenario building, and profitability analysis .
• Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization.
• Drive process improvements in FP&A, including automation of reporting and adoption of digital finance tools.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.
