Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the accounting for the wholesale (WS) segment. You will be primarily responsible for financial reporting, preparing high-quality deliverables with analysis, and ensuring reconciliation between accounting and LMS systems. This role requires a Chartered Accountant with experience in IND AS and familiarity with RBI Regulations to manage auditors, handle regulatory requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Lead financial reporting for the wholesale segment, including review of EIR, TDS, ECL, and NPAs . Prepare high-quality deliverables with analysis and perform data analysis for yield, loan book, interest, and credit cost.
• Book Closure & Reconciliation : Manage monthly book closure activities, analyze the trial balance, and ensure reconciliation between accounting and LMS systems.
• Stakeholder Management : Continuously interact with senior management to understand the business, and manage relationships with internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory bodies.
• Compliance & Monitoring : Handle regulatory requirements and monitor WS TDS , coordinating with operations and tax teams. Oversee SR Accounting for the wholesale segment.
• Subsidiary Financials : Manage the financial statements for subsidiary companies.
• Process Improvement : Work closely with cross-functional teams and handle any other activities related to WS financial reporting.
