About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, compliance, and business partnering, with the ability to drive financial performance, optimize resources, and support growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare variance analysis, financial models, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate business performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.

Accounting & Reporting :

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee GL, AR, AP, payroll, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage consolidation of accounts across business units and geographies (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, audit requirements, and internal controls.

    • Business Partnering :

  • Collaborate with business heads to support commercial decisions with financial insights.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement to align business strategies with financial goals.
  • Support pricing, contract negotiations, and investment evaluations.

    • Compliance, Governance & Risk Management :

  • Ensure adherence to IFRS / GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Drive corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Leadership & Team Management :

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop capabilities within the finance team to align with organizational growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
