Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Investor Relations Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving business growth and profitability by providing data-driven insights, automating financial processes, and enhancing analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and areas for improvement.
• Business Partnering : Collaborate with various business units to understand their operations, provide financial support initiatives aimed at improving growth and profitability.
• Automation & Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, including reporting and data consolidation, using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software.
• Analytics : Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to provide real-time insights into financial performance. Leverage data to tell a compelling story and influence business outcomes.
• Investor Relations : Preparing investor updates, presentations, and financial summaries for existing and potential stakeholders. Support ad-hoc analysis related to fundraising, market benchmarking, and due diligence requests, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to investors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ad-Hoc Projects : Support senior leadership with special projects, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
