UK shift - 3 PM to 12 AM

Weekend offs - Saturday and Sunday

Qualification - MBA Finance (Full time)

Job Objective :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and project management, with a strong understanding of financial systems and business processes. The candidate should be able to

• Look internally - understand the current internal operating environment, related metrics & their financial impact and help design the solutions to improve and create monitoring mechanism.
• Scan external environment - study business trends, identify growth areas & design Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business plans
• Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct macroeconomic research, market and competitor research to formulate business strategies
• Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
• Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into call center performance and trends
• Analyse business and operations data to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Participate in projects and initiatives, such as technology upgrades and process improvements
