Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategically minded Pre-Sales / Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience who can be a growth driver for AdametNext. You will anchor pre-sales and business development efforts, collaborating directly with the CEO, the BD team, and interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help architect our go-to-market strategies, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and drive large, multi-year deals in the life sciences / healthcare / MedTech domains.

Demand Generation & Funnel Management
Prospect, hunt, and farm accounts using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot (or equivalent), targeted outreach, referralsCreate, nurture, and progress sales funnel (leads opportunities proposals closures)Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership programs / events (webinars, podcasts, industry events etc.Pre-Sales / Solutioning & Proposals
Conceptualize and develop proposals for responding to RFP / RFI / RFQs for clients in the pharmaceutical space, managing proposal response end to end, right from bid origination to closureDevelop pitch decks, business collaterals, elevator pitches, case studies, success storiesPresent to CXOs / executive audiences, defending the value propositionTeam & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a small team focused on pre-sales and opportunity generationAlign internal stakeholders around solution strategy to ensure it is both credible and executableClient Engagement & Relationship Building
Engage with prospects and clients in key geographies (US, EU) and RoWDefine winning themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning AdametNext as the preferred partnerMarket Research & Competitive Intelligence
Perform deep account profiling, landscape mapping, competitor benchmarkingIdentifying Products and Services that will help position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and working with delivery teams to roll out the sameRequired Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications :
MBA or Postgraduate or equivalent from a reputed institution3–5 years of relevant experience in business development / pre-sales in life sciences consulting / analytics firmSkills : Mandatory
Proven ability to lead deals and develop solution strategy, not just support executionStrong proposal writing and RFP response skillsEffective negotiation skills with contracts, terms, scopeExcellent verbal and written communication (English)Comfortable presenting to CXO / leadership audiencesAbility to work under ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressureEntrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitudeProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred
