Position : Travel Sales Executive
Functional Area : Travel, Tours, Ticketing, Airlines
Role Category : Ticketing / Travel / Documentation / Itinerary Making / Costing
Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Designing travel itineraries and costing
Communicating effectively with clients
Coordinating rates and bookings with hotels and transporters
Preparing travel-related documents, including tickets and hotel vouchers
Meeting and greeting clients
Following up and obtaining guest feedback
Handling payments and raising invoices
Eligibility :
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in the travel industry (preferred).
Education : Diploma or Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel and Tourism Management
Excellent personality and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office would be an added advantage
