International Travel Consultant – Sales (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Experience Required : 1–3 years in Travel Sales (preferably Bali or Southeast Asia)

About the Role :

Love planning dreamy getaways Obsessed with beaches, pool villas and sunsets We're hiring a Travel Sales Executive to sell luxury Bali holidays — honeymoons, group trips and more.

Top performers will get a chance to travel to Bali and experience the destination first-hand.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, web)
Convert leads into bookings through smart follow-ups
Customize itineraries (honeymooners, groups, luxury trips)
Meet weekly / monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM with updated communication
Stay updated on Bali hotels, experiences, travel rules
Upsell premium experiences and upgrades

What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of B2C travel sales experience (international preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Interest or love for Bali as a destination

Target-driven with excellent follow-up habits

Proactive, self-motivated and a strong team player
