- Stay informed about the latest travel trends , destination information, and regulations.
- Address and resolve any travel-related issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Assist clients with travel insurance and other related services.
- Promote travel packages and special offers .
- Adhere to company scripts and guidelines during all calls.
- Maintain a desired conversion rate to achieve sales targets.
