Job descriptionEducation : Graduate. Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel domain with an international voice process . Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS software is mandatory. Experience with manual ticketing is also required. Skills : Excellent communication skills are essential. Availability : We are looking for immediate joiners . Shift : 24 / 7 rotational shifts. Working Days : 5 days working, with 2 offs. Transport : One-side cab drop-off facility. We're looking for a Travel Executive to join our team, specializing in an International Voice Process . If you have experience in the travel domain, a knack for customer service, and hands-on experience with GDS software, this role is for you. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through an international voice process .
- Utilize GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms like Amadeus and Galileo for bookings and reservations.
- Perform manual ticketing as required.
- Provide excellent customer service related to travel arrangements.
- Work efficiently in a 24 / 7 environment to meet customer needs.
