Key Responsibilities
1. Training Design & Delivery
- Design, deliver, and own engaging sessions on key soft skills such as : Business Communication, Time Management, Prioritization, Stakeholder Management, Collaboration & Teamwork, Cross-Cultural Communication (US & UK clients), Presentation Skill , Interpersonal Effectiveness, Active Listening & Feedback Skills, Emotional Intelligence at Work (Note : The scope of work may evolve based on organizational needs; hence, the trainer is expected to take up new or additional learning assignments beyond what is explicitly mentioned)
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual sessions using experiential and activity-based learning methods.
2. Own and Drive Behavioral Training Initiatives
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of behavioral learning programs for the organization.Develop a behavioral learning roadmap and maintain a structured training calendar across roles and levels.Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and impact metrics.3. Program Management
Create and manage calendarized learning plans for soft skills and behavioral programs.Partner with business and HR stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor learning solutions accordingly.Handle end-to-end coordination including scheduling, logistics, communication, and post-training analysis.Travel to client and regional offices ( Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram ) as required for session delivery.4. Content Creation & Learning Design
Develop high-quality, customized training content , including case studies, role-plays, and simulations based on real workplace scenarios.Continuously refresh and update learning materials to ensure relevance and engagement.Use interactive methods — storytelling, reflection, and practical exercises — to deepen learning outcomes.5. Learning Engagement Initiatives
Collaborate with the L&D team to co-create and facilitate key learning engagement programs, including :Knowledge Café – peer learning and discussion sessionsLeaders’ Lounge – leadership knowledge-sharing forumsBusiness Masterclass Series – advanced sessions on communication, leadership, and business excellenceCampus to Corporate programs – to help new hires transition effectively into corporate rolesRequired Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of experience as a Soft Skills / Behavioral Trainer in a corporate or consulting environment.Proven expertise in Business Communication, Time & Priority Management, Stakeholder Management, and Cross-Cultural Sensitization.Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences (freshers to mid-level professionals).Excellent command over spoken and written English with professional presentation presence.Proficiency in creating digital and instructor-led training content.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Certification in Behavioral Training, Facilitation, or Instructional Design preferred.
