Position : Learning & Development – Assistant Manager / Manager

Location : Mumbai

Department : Human Resources – L&D

Reporting To : CEO and Head of L&D

Role Overview :

This role is responsible for driving structured learning initiatives across Eatopia's outlets in alignment with our operational and service excellence standards. The individual will conduct classroom and on-the-job training, ensure daily outlet-level compliance with brand and hygiene standards, and collaborate with internal teams to build effective training programs. A high level of ownership and direct engagement with the field is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Delivery :

• Conduct classroom and on-the-job (OJT) training sessions as per the defined curriculum.
• Ensure training effectiveness by tracking post-training performance and feedback.

Outlet Audits & Quality Checks (Daily Visits) :

Staff grooming, hygiene , and food handling practices .

Food quality assurance , with a focus on best sellers and newly launched items .
