Position : Learning & Development – Assistant Manager / Manager

Role Overview :
This role is responsible for driving structured learning initiatives across Eatopia's outlets in alignment with our operational and service excellence standards. The individual will conduct classroom and on-the-job training, ensure daily outlet-level compliance with brand and hygiene standards, and collaborate with internal teams to build effective training programs. A high level of ownership and direct engagement with the field is essential.
