The Opportunity
As Lead - Learning & Development, you will partner with the Chief of Learning & Development to shape how Foodstories learns and grows. You'll craft learning journeys that go beyond training modules - sparking curiosity, enabling performance, and making learning part of everyday life. This role blends strategy, design and facilitation, and will take you across our studios to bring learning alive for diverse teams.
What You'll Lead
Learning Strategy & Roadmap
Translate business priorities into capability roadmaps and learning themes.Identify skill gaps, design interventions, and align programs to growth.Balance short-term needs with long-term learning vision.Learning Experience & Design
Build immersive, modular programs : onboarding, leadership, functional skills.Use storytelling, gamification, and real-world practice to make learning stick.Harness AI and digital tools to personalize, scale, and innovate.Facilitation & Delivery
Lead engaging sessions (in-person and virtual) that energize teams.Coach leaders and internal trainers to become confident facilitators.Be the visible, trusted champion of L&D across Foodstories.Technology & Learning Ecosystem
Own and evolve our LMS / digital learning ecosystem.Pilot emerging tools (AI assistants, microlearning platforms, nudges).Automate reinforcement and feedback loops to sustain learning.Measurement & Impact
Define success metrics : adoption, engagement, behaviour change, ROI.Track and analyze learning data, share insights with leadership.Continuously improve programs through evidence and feedback.You Might Be Right for This If.

5-7 years in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training.Hands-on experience designing learning modules and journeys.Proven facilitation skills across groups and formats.Exposure to digital learning tools, LMS, or AI-enabled platforms.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.(Bonus) Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or coaching.What Success Looks Like
