Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and agile L&OD Manager to join our Talent Management & Development team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and drive learning initiatives that build individual, team, and organizational capability — with a strong focus on sales effectiveness and business excellence. You will also manage STL’s Learning Management System (SuccessFactors), lead digital learning adoption across the enterprise, and champion the use of learning technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance impact, governance, and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy, Implementation & Program Management
- Partner with business and HR teams to identify critical capability needs.
- Design and deliver structured learning journeys and enterprise learning programs.
- Curate blended learning content (functional, behavioral, and leadership).
- Track program effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and business impact.
- Drive learning culture through campaigns, storytelling, and manager enablement initiatives.
- Ensure learning processes comply with internal policies, audits, and governance standards.
Sales & Business Capability Development
Collaborate with Sales and Commercial leaders to assess training needs.Lead design, delivery, and measurement of sales capability programs.Partner with internal SMEs and external partners to deliver targeted learning interventions.Learning Technology, LMS (SuccessFactors), & Digital Adoption
Manage STL’s Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) – content creation, learner engagement, reporting, and analytics.Drive adoption of digital learning, automation, and AI-powered learning tools to streamline operations and personalize learning.Ensure system data accuracy, audits, and compliance with governance frameworks.Generate dashboards and insights to inform leadership reviews and strategy.Organizational Development & Engagement
Support OD initiatives like leadership development, talent reviews, and cultural transformation.Facilitate sessions and interventions around collaboration, feedback, and growth mindset.Contribute to projects that strengthen STL’s high-performance and learning-driven culture.Key Requirements
5–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.Hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS (or equivalent).Exposure to digital learning tools, automation, or AI-driven learning platforms.Proven exposure to sales training and capability building.Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and program management skills.Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.Understanding of learning compliance, governance processes, and audit requirements.Experience managing vendors and external learning partners preferred.Preferred Qualifications
Post graduate degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management.Certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Coaching preferred.Familiarity with microlearning, gamification, and modern digital learning technologies.Why Join STL
