WalkMe Implementation Consultant

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Role Overview :

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of building and managing WalkMe flows across our enterprise applications like SAP, SF, Custom web & Mobile app. The person should be hands-on with the WalkMe Editor and comfortable working with dynamic web applications like Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and Surveys.
• Work closely with business and tech teams to understand user journeys and pain points.
• Implement WalkMe Single Page Application and ensure flows work smoothly across different environments.
• Set up custom triggers, events, and segmentation logic.
• Handle UAT and support deployment activities.
