Key Responsibilities :
Training Coordination :
- Organize GIA, IGI, and customized training programs, liaising with regional managers, trainers, stores, and merchandising teams.
- Logistics & Scheduling : Manage venue, travel, and resource arrangements for training sessions.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain MIS reports, certification records, and feedback mechanisms.
- LMS Administration : Update training schedules, attendance, and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination : Ensure clear communication with external trainers and logistics partners.
- Content & Communication : Create presentations, emails, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development coordination or training support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards), PowerPoint, and Canva.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Skills Required
