Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.Hands-on experience in Workday US Payroll.Partner with customers through all phases of deployment and post-production support—gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.While the initial focus will be on US Payroll, the role offers opportunities to expand into broader HCM business processes in the future.Act as a Workday subject matter expert across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Manage multiple projects independently across different phases.Lead customer sessions to analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and develop tailored solutions.Identify strategies, risks, and solution options to meet post-production requirements.Collaborate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.Deliver regular status updates to customers, project teams, and leadership.Mentor junior consultants and actively share product knowledge to strengthen the practice.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.Active Workday Certification in US Payroll is required.Proven experience in US Payroll implementation and / or support with strong process knowledge.Excellent consulting and presentation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.Strong background in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation under multiple deadlines.Benefits
