Job Description :
- Minimum 6+ years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Implementations for North America payrolls.
- Strong hands-on experience in US Payroll implementation covering functional configurations,
- Payroll Fast Formulas development, Elements and Element eligibility configurations and Payroll flows
- Experience in working on Payroll Retro process and Costing configurations.
- Experience in conducting Prototypes with end customers, take feedback and implement the feedback
- Ability to troubleshoot the payroll issues and provide the solution
- Experience on BIP and OTBI reports development covering Payroll module
- Experience on Payslip and Check template customizations
- Experience in Payroll data conversions using HSDL and HDL
- Experience to handle Payroll Balance conversions
- An Individual contributor in Payroll module and work independently on Payroll configurations
- Ability to work with customer directly to get the requirements and translate them into Payroll Configurations in HCM module
- Excellent communication Skills
Relevant Experience : 6+ yrs
Qualification : Any bachelor's degree
Skills : Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, functional specification documentation, testing (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel), and user support.
