If you enjoy building smart payroll solutions, crafting fast formulas, and collaborating across HCM modules to drive operational excellencethis role is for you. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Senior Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

You will be responsible for configuring and supporting Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in our global payroll delivery. This role requires a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, with proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and other key Oracle HCM tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and provide comprehensive support for Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business and statutory requirements.
Develop, test, and maintain intricate fast formulas for accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams, working across integrated Oracle HCM modules such as Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in global payroll delivery, adhering to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Utilize tools like HCM Extracts to build and schedule data extracts for reporting and integrations.
Create and modify reports using BI Publisher to meet reporting and auditing needs.
Perform data loading and validation using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Actively participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring :

3-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, rules, and statutory requirements.

Proven proficiency with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.

Experience with configuration and support of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.

Excellent understanding of integrated Oracle HCM modules such as Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
