Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Consultant (All Modules Certified) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our clients, focusing on the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday solutions across all modules. You will leverage your deep understanding of Workday functionality and best practices to deliver successful projects and ensure client :

• Lead and participate in Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across all modules (HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients on Workday functionality and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, providing timely and effective support.
• Develop and maintain Workday documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities to improve client solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with other consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of Workday methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

Workday Certification in all core modules (HCM, Financials, etc.) is mandatory.

3-8 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday solutions.

Deep understanding of Workday functionality and best practices across all modules.

Proven ability to configure Workday modules to meet specific business needs.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB) is a plus.

Experience with Workday reporting and analytics is a plus.

Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
