Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree required ( Master's degree preferred ) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Industrial / Organizational Psychology , or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, analytics, or reporting .Technical & Analytical Skills :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with experience handling complex compensation data .Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, reporting, dashboards) .Familiarity with MS PowerPoint , with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and bonus allocations .Prior exposure to HCM systems and compensation tools is an advantage.Soft Skills :
